PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT SERVICES
RISING DUMPNESS
We apply chemicals to walls on new construction to prevent rising dampness from occurring. Moisture from the foundation, if not well managed during construction may rise by capillary action up ward through the walls.
FOUNDATION WATERPROOFING
We use construction chemicals and geotextiles to waterproof foundations and basements. This prevents decay of basement walls and decay of wall finishing. We also eliminate negative and positive water pressures around and underneath foundations
SALT ACTION NUTRALIZATION
With the use of admixtures, we are able to neutralize sulfide, chloride and various salt actions on walls. This prevents these chemicals from acting on finishing of basement and foundation walls.
ADMIXTURES
We employ the use of admixtures in brick production, plastering and concrete to aid in tensile and compressive strengthening. We thus help in the productions of very strong concrete and bricks that also aid in transportation ease.
RUST PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT
We do marine coating to prevent metal corrosion and marine action. We do sand/water blasting to apply a solution coating on already rusted metals both at sea front and inland.
